Mailing list subscribers are users that get mass emails, such as weekly/monthly newsletters. Based on the app that’s used to manage a particular mailing list, they may have signed up personally, giving their permission to be included in the mailing list, or they may have been included manually. The latter suggests that they will technically get unsolicited messages. Traditionally, mailing list members can be managed by the mailing list administrator who can include or delete them, or they can manually unsubscribe in case they don’t want to get messages from now on. All members will always get the same content on the condition that they are part of the same mailing list, but a single subscriber will never be able to view the remaining mailing list members in the "To" section of the message.

Mailing List Members in Semi-dedicated Hosting

If you get a semi-dedicated server from us and you create electronic mailing lists via the Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section, you will be able to manage all your mailing list subscribers without effort. We offer one of the most widely used mailing list management software apps called Majordomo. It will allow you to view all your subscribers, to add new or to remove existing ones by sending a message to the mailing list’s admin email address, so you can administer everything without even needing to sign into your Control Panel. Of course, only you, being the mailing list administrator, will be able to achieve this. New users need to approve their subscription, so the emails that you send out will be authorized and you won’t have to worry about emails being reported as spam. We’ve also got a selection of help articles where you can discover more information about how to administer the mailing list itself.
